1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use binoripaperproduct.com or place an order with Binori Paper Product & Printing Solution (“Binori”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Quotations
Prices are shared as a quotation based on the product, quantity, paper, printing and finishing you choose. A quotation is valid for the period mentioned in it. Prices may change if the specifications or quantity change, or if paper costs change significantly before the order is confirmed.
3. Order confirmation & payment
An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and make the advance or payment agreed in the quotation. Payment terms and modes will be shared with your quotation.
4. Design proofs & approval
For printed products we share a design proof before printing. Please check all spelling, names, numbers, dates, colours and layout carefully. Once you approve the proof, printing will follow the approved design, and we cannot be responsible for errors in an approved proof.
5. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name, photo, design or text you send us for printing. Binori may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes another person's rights.
6. Colours & quantities
Printed colours can differ slightly from screens and between paper types and printing methods. In bulk printing and manufacturing, small variations in quantity, size or finish are normal in the printing industry.
7. Delivery
We deliver across Odisha and to customers all over India. Delivery timelines are estimates shared at the time of order and may be affected by courier services, weather, holidays or other reasons outside our control. Delivery charges, if any, are shared with your quotation.
8. Cancellations, returns & reprints
Custom‑made and printed products cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match the approved proof because of our mistake, please contact us promptly with photos and we will arrange a suitable reprint, replacement or solution.
9. Intellectual property
The Binori name, logo and website content belong to Binori. Designs we create for you can be used by you for your order; reusing our design files elsewhere may need our permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jajpur, Odisha.
